Welcome to the Sex Talk for Men Podcast with Linda Connors. In this episode, I will talk about positive affirmations, and when used correctly, they can help you overcome sexual performance anxiety.

Most positive affirmations focus only on the mind, and are unrealistic. This is why most affirmations do not work. The affirmations I will share with you are directed in your mind, body, heart and genitals.

There are many layers to sexual performance. Sexual anxiety can be overwhelming and often lead to self-doubt, insecurity, and sexual problems, such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

What to do when the sexual anxiety starts, the overthinking and over-analysing begins?

My goal with this episode is to start a new dialogue with you in a safe space to explore and discuss the struggles of sexual anxiety, and to provide helpful affirmations and techniques to help you overcome performance anxiety.
