Erectile Dysfunction Hypnotherapy
London and Online

Get stronger erections, feel more confident, and stop overthinking during sex

Does sex feel embarrassing or frustrating because you lose or can't get an erection? You are not alone.

I specialise in erectile dysfunction hypnotherapy, working with men who struggle to get or maintain erections and want to feel more relaxed and confident during sex.

I am Linda Connors. For over 20 years, I have worked exclusively with sexual anxiety and erectile difficulties. This is not general hypnotherapy; it is a focused practice dedicated solely to helping men regain control. I have helped hundreds of men change this pattern and rebuild their confidence.

All work is private, confidential, and online. I know reaching out can feel difficult. For many men, this is the first time they have spoken openly about it.

Does This Sound Familiar?

You may notice that:

  • You struggle to get or maintain an erection, especially when it matters most.

  • You start thinking, "What if I lose my erection again?"

  • You feel pressure to perform or satisfy your partner, which makes it harder to relax.

  • You become overly aware of yourself, monitoring what is happening rather than enjoying it.

  • You put all your focus into trying to get or keep an erection, but the more you try, the harder it becomes.

  • You feel disconnected from your body during intimacy.

  • You avoid sex or intimacy because of anxiety, fear, or frustration.

For many men, this creates a cycle where anxiety and overthinking begin before sex has even started. Over time, erections can start to feel unreliable because your body has learned to respond to pressure and fear.

Can This Actually Change?

A lot of men ask this, especially if erection problems have been happening for a long time. Many have already tried therapy, medication, or techniques to stay in control, but still find themselves stuck in the same cycle.

Over time, it can begin to feel like your body has turned against you. In many cases, it is not a fixed problem. It is a learned pattern between the mind, body, anxiety, and sexual response. That means it can change.

For over 20 years, I've worked with men to help them rebuild confidence, reduce anxiety, and regain more reliable erections. We begin by working with overthinking, pressure, and performance anxiety, then focus on retraining how the mind and body respond during intimacy.

Most men end up putting even more pressure on themselves, which makes the problem worse. We work on reducing that pressure and changing the pattern underneath it, so your body can respond differently again.

Why My Approach Is Different

Most men are told to focus on performance or finding ways to make erections happen during sex. This usually leads to even more pressure, monitoring, and frustration.

The more attention you place on your erection, the harder it often becomes to relax. Sex can start to feel tense, pressured, and mentally exhausting rather than natural or enjoyable.

This work takes a different approach. Rather than trying to control everything in the moment, we focus on changing the patterns underneath it, so your body no longer responds to sex with the same level of anxiety and pressure.

I work specifically with sexual anxiety and erectile difficulties. This is not general hypnotherapy or one-off relaxation sessions. It is a structured process that works with both the mind and body.

We focus on reducing anxiety, overthinking, and self-monitoring, while rebuilding confidence and trust in your body. The work combines hypnotherapy, coaching, confidence building, nervous system work, and body repatterning.

As things begin to shift, many men notice they feel calmer during intimacy, less trapped in their thoughts, and more able to respond naturally again.

What Begins to Change

As the pattern shifts, the experience of sex often begins to feel different.

  • Less Pressure: You notice less urgency around getting or maintaining an erection.

  • More Presence: Instead of constantly monitoring yourself, it becomes easier to stay present and connected.

  • Quieter Mind: Your mind feels quieter, with less overthinking and less fear about what might happen.

  • Natural Response: As anxiety reduces, the body often starts responding in a more natural and reliable way.

  • Grounded Confidence: You develop a growing sense of confidence that feels calm and grounded, rather than something you are trying to force.

Over time, erections can begin to feel more natural and consistent again, without the same level of pressure, fear, or self-monitoring.

The Sexual Solution Method

This is a structured programme, not a series of one-off sessions. We work step by step to change the patterns driving erectile difficulties and performance anxiety.

Phase 1: Building the Foundation We begin by working with what is happening in your mind and body before and during sex. This includes reducing anxiety, understanding performance pressure, and working with the fear of losing your erection. We rebuild the connection between mind and body so you feel more grounded and present. You also learn practical tools to calm the nervous system, including breathwork.

Phase 2: Retraining Sexual Response Once that foundation is in place, we begin working with the physical patterns linked to erections and arousal. We use specific techniques like Body RePatterning and the Control Room Function to update your unconscious responses. We focus on reducing pressure and changing the automatic responses that have developed over time. As this shifts, many men notice erections becoming more natural and reliable, with less effort and less mental pressure.

Phase 3: Integration The final phase is about helping these changes become natural and consistent. You become less focused on performance and more able to stay present during sex, with a greater sense of confidence, calmness, and trust in your body.

Client Stories

"Many of my old patterns have fallen away too, not just the fear of being unable to perform. I have begun to take more responsibility for my happiness... I feel more able to handle uncertainty and challenge as it arises, and more accepting of such difficulty, and self-assured in my ability to manage it. I feel more fulfilled, self-aware and happy to be alive, and for this, I cannot thank and recommend Linda enough." Client (Confidential)

"For the previous 2 years, I had been living with a secret that I was unable to perform sexually... Within the next few weeks, Linda was perhaps the most important person in getting me back to myself... Having been at the bottom of my confidence just after a month ago I am now feeling better than ever." Client (Confidential)

I understand how difficult it can be to reach out. For many men, this is the first time they have spoken openly about their struggles. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be heard, understood, and guided toward a solution that feels right for you.

FAQ for Erectile Dysfunction Hypnosis

  • Yes. Hypnotherapy for erectile dysfunction is highly effective when the issue is linked to anxiety, performance pressure, or learned stress responses. By working with the nervous system to reduce anxiety and retrain the body's response, many men find their erections become more natural and reliable.

  • Yes, absolutely. Erectile dysfunction is often a mind-body issue. We work directly with the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses. By calming the mind and reducing the "fight or flight" response, the body can relax and allow natural sexual function to return.

  • No. This is not stage hypnosis where you lose control or act out of character. Clinical hypnotherapy for ED is a collaborative process where you remain fully aware and in control. We use guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious patterns driving your anxiety.

  • It is completely natural to feel embarrassed. Many men feel this way before their first session. This is a confidential, non-judgemental space. You don't need to go into graphic detail immediately; we simply discuss what is happening and whether this approach feels right for you.

  • No. While suggestion can be part of the process, this work goes much deeper. Traditional suggestion often tries to "force" a change, which can create resistance. Instead, we work with the root patterns in your nervous system to help your body learn a new way of responding naturally and sustainably.

  • This work is ideal for men who feel their ED is linked to stress, anxiety, or performance pressure. It is particularly popular with high achievers such as CEOs, business owners, and leaders who are used to succeeding in their careers but fear failing in the bedroom.

If you are looking to understand the root cause of your issue and achieve lasting change through a structured, holistic approach rather than relying on temporary fixes, this programme is designed for you.

  • Most men find the 8-Session Programme provides the ideal depth for lasting change. The first four sessions are weekly to build momentum, followed by four sessions spaced every two weeks for integration. A 12-session option is available for those with more complex histories.

  • I only work with men who are committed to the process, we are a good match to work together and my approach is suitable for you.

If I have any concerns of us working together, I will always speak to you about it

  • Yes, it is highly advisable to speak to a doctor first to rule out any underlying medical conditions. If your doctor clears you medically, this work focuses specifically on the psychological, emotional, and nervous system patterns that often drive erectile dysfunction. We address the anxiety and learned responses that are not medical in nature.
